Strategy, Policy and Procedures

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising in compliance with the 7X overall objectives.
  • Oversee comprehensive marketing planning, budgeting and ROI analysis to ensure strategic alignment, financial efficiency and measurable impact across all marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing policies, procedures, and best practices to facilitate change adoption, including initiatives and communications.
  • Establish and monitor marketing KPIs for the department.
  • Deal with sensitive and confidential information related to work with discretion to protect the interests of 7X.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution and optimization for maximum revenue and increased return on investment.
  • Direct and oversee A/B testing, audience segmentation and other experimental strategies to optimize creative assets, targeting strategies and bidding techniques for improved campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure real-time, analysis and adjustment of marketing campaigns based on performance data to meet or exceed ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test new strategies and innovative approaches, ensuring alignment and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive measurable improvements in ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) across all channels, optimizing campaign performance and maximizing budget efficiency.
  • Direct and oversee content strategies across multiple platforms to effectively target audiences and achieve marketing goals.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct quantitative analysis to assess campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights into key metrics.
  • Transform data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, budget allocation, improve ROI and achieve higher levels of engagement and retention.
  • Identify performance issues within marketing efforts and conduct thorough root cause analysis using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring timely identification and resolution of underlying challenges.
  • Develop easy-to-use reporting and visualization dashboards to present complex analyses in a clear, accessible format for stakeholders, enabling data-informed decision-making.

Channel Management and expansion

  • Identify and evaluate new performance marketing channels, partnerships, creative methods and tools to expand online presence and reach broader audiences.
  • Ensure that each channel’s unique strengths are maximized, balancing investments across established and new channels reach diverse customer segments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Budget Management and ROI

  • Direct and oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across channels to maximize return on investment.

Synergies with stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and data analytics to leverage insights and drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure campaigns are fully aligned with overall marketing and brand strategies for cohesive messaging.
  • Build effective relationship with partners and clients to strengthen relationships and support campaign success.

Talent Management

  • Ensure a high standard of employee motivation through regular employee communication, training and equipping with the best tools to achieve the maximum results.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance & growth ensuring the team is capable of delivering the strategic intent.

Reporting

  • Present reports on channel sales performance, partner engagement and campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a relevant field.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a digital marketing leader with a proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns in a technology or digital environment with a strong focus on ROI.

Job Specific Skills (Technical Competencies):

  • Development and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
  • Strategy and execution of social media, search, email marketing and performance-oriented channels.
  • Deep understanding of data or data modelling, with the ability to identify actionable insights.
  • Data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
